DOM RUINART Rosé Brut 2002

Description:
DOM RUINART Rosé Brut is a prestigious Champagne known for its elegance and complexity. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it offers a delicate salmon-pink hue and a bouquet of red berries, citrus zest, and hints of brioche. On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance of freshness, creaminess, and depth, with flavours of raspberry, strawberry, and a touch of almond. The fine bubbles and long, lingering finish make it a standout choice for special occasions or celebratory moments.

Pairing:
DOM RUINART Rosé Brut Champagne is a sophisticated choice, pairing beautifully with dishes like seared duck breast with cherry compote, grilled lobster tails with garlic butter, or a summer berry pavlova for dessert.

Reviews

17 Pt – Jancis Robinson Tested November 23th, 2023

Disgorged in 2013. Dosage 5.5 g/l.
Tasted blind. Evolved, pale tawny pink with very, very slightly more blue than the 2004. Heady and cleaner/smoother on the nose than its pair. Lightly creamy and savoury – more integrated, fresh and successful than the vintage two years later.
