MAISONS & DOMAINES HENRIOT Rosé Brut
Description:
This MAISONS & DOMAINES HENRIOT Rosé Brut is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grapes sourced from various vineyards in Champagne. The Pinot Noir grapes contribute to the wine's vibrant colour and red fruit character, while the Chardonnay and Meunier grapes add complexity and balance. Expect a salmon pink colour with a fine mousse. The aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries, and raspberries dominate the nose. The palate is fresh and fruity, with vibrant acidity and a long, lingering finish. MAISONS & DOMAINES HENRIOT Rosé Brut is a versatile Champagne. Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with light fare, such as salads, seafood, and poultry.
Pairing:
MAISONS & DOMAINES HENRIOT Rosé Brut is perfect with smoked salmon canapés, summer berry salad with feta cheese, or a selection of fresh sushi and sashimi.

Pale lustrous coppery orange. Lighter and more open and youthful than the Henri Giraud Esprit rosé. Just a little sweaty on the nose. And a tad chewy on the end. This seems really quite youthful – and even a bit simple. A touch gingerbeery even. This does not seem good value to me. I admire many an Henriot champagne but not this one.
